New Zealand's Ministry of Education/Te Tahuhu o Te Matauranga has a comprehensive website describing Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) initiatives.
The website includes free resources, examples of practice and covers techniques and strategies to employ with students of diverse abilities and needs.

We recommend that the act of learning about, evaluating and considering the applicability of a positive behaviour strategy would address Standard Descriptors:
- 4.1.2 (4.1 in ACT) - Establish and implement inclusive and positive interactions to engage and support all students in classroom activities.
- 4.3.2 (4.3 in ACT) - Manage challenging behaviour by establishing and negotiating clear expectations with students, and address discipline issues promptly, fairly and respectfully.
